Shana Perry is a management and strategic advisory professional with experience helping organizations strengthen operations, manage resources, develop funding strategies, and execute organizational priorities.
As the founder of Perry Management & Strategic Advisory Group, Shana brings together expertise in donor relations, nonprofit operations, financial analysis, grant strategy, risk management, and organizational planning to help organizations move from ideas and challenges to practical, sustainable solutions.
Her approach is grounded in understanding the organization as a whole—its strategy, people, operations, finances, funding, and risk environment. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, Shana works with leaders to identify what is working, uncover gaps, establish priorities, and develop actionable strategies that support long-term growth and sustainability.
